Nice idea, I will give an other try to your game later. You should really add a cover to your game ("edit" on itch.io). One image of your game can be enough. For the music and sounds, this website is very good if you choose the good key words:https://opengameart.org/
The game pulled me in, and I really like the typography and "feel" for the setup. The art is sophisticated and I knew what I was going for with the metal, energy, fuel. All of that made sense. However, some of the words were trailing off to the left side of the screen (see screen shot). Also, I believe I completed the tasks but I wasn't sure how to launch the ship. I wanted that pay off!
I also think it might help if Defense and Stamina were offset from the resources since they are developed or reduced from the resources or from gathering. It took me a while to figure out that Defense went up when I spent resources because they were all together. Maybe a box or rule, setting them apart would be enough. Part of this might have had to do with the "D" being off the screen on my monitor too.
I saw that resolution issue but I had no troubles when the game was in full-screen mode. There is a setting on Unity and on Itch.io for the resolution (for the developer) it's maybe not the same resolution in both case
