I thought it was only me who missed starting the game ! Finally spotted the new game after a few minutes trying all the keys! Fun little game. Great work.
dang, I was hoping that too many people wouldn't miss it, but I guess that's a lesson in not making a playable menu screen with a crappy continue button.
Just to make it clear, you can get to the upgrade section by pausing. Also the first screen is the menu, sorry, should have made both of those clearer.
Took a while to realise that pausing the game is how you buy and upgrade stuff, but when I realised that I went ahead and completed the game (all upgrades and achievements). Very simple idea but it's an engaging game and a nice implementation of the theme!
Yeah I realized after that I forgot to mention that you can upgrade things when you paused. I'm glad you found it engaging, I thought it might get a bit boring. And I'm glad you liked my take on the theme, I would have liked to implement it more into the actual gameplay but real life happened and I had to scrap all that. Thanks for playing!
I uhhh... got confused and wound up playing on the main menu for about 15 minutes before I noticed new game. Thumbs up.

In case anyone is wondering my high score is 269. I ended it there because once you unlock all the cushion upgrades you barely even have to play anymore and it gets super boring. But I guess that's what happens when you don't play test your game enough.
