I finished the game and was sad there wasn't more! I liked the story and its presentation a lot and am pretty invested into it. The beginning was interesting, but it really ramped up when you moved to the city and I liked each character in their own way, which makes me wonder if you can romance most of them as that would be epic. The only thing I kind of got confused on is: why did the game make it seem like I could choose a robot at the dealership, then force it into the kitty? I kind of liked the idea of choosing the first romance, but I get why it kind of went with the kitty. Overall great coomer game! I look forward to more.
it feels kind of weird having to HOLD the continue button to progress to the next scene. even after reading the tutorial and progressing a while, my instinct from playing visual novels always pushed me to press normally to progress.
also, sometimes the icon to click to progress (the house in the farm, the taxi etc) are very small, and even with the arrow telling you where to click it's kinda finnicky.
During character creation you can outline the child's sex options, which is odd since it's not selectable. Advancing text using space/enter is standard in Renpy, which should be used here as well. The text box is hard to read, should be higher up on the screen. It especially clashes with the comic book style, as you can't read the text and look at the panels at the same time. The objects you have to click on the map screen are too small - the hitbox should be larger. I would also appreciate if you could navigate it using only the keyboard. I noticed my PC heating up from playing this, likely caused by a lack of a frame limiter.
I am not familiar with WEGs nor care for this subject matter, but this has some of the best presentation and writing I ever seen in a visual novel. Very impressive work. Though I can't help but feel this would be much more successful if it did not exclusively focus on such a niche fetish.

two nitpicks:

very high quality, good job.
