It's pretty fun. There's a nice interplay between little tricks you can do going back down and dumb luck. Horizontal movement feels slow, but of course that's part of the balance.
I recognized the Kevin Macleod slop immediately. It might be worth considering picking royalty-free music that's not as overused. It's not like the track even fits the game particularly well.

It seems like you've heard your fair share of Kevin MacLeod, and I know he's been around for a while, but to us he's a brand new composer with great music. I listened to hundreds of his tracks before picking the one we used here and we both thought it fits pretty well with our goals; actually you are the first to say that it doesn't fit (out of >100 comments)!
Cute graphics and sound effects. The gameplay works well, it's nice to get a long balloon combo. I don't think it can have more depth but works well for a possible mobile app. Personally I think that the NASA audio doesn't really fit in with the aesthetic you went for, but they are also kinda funny, don't know if this was your intention.
Simple, polished, fun. The music is nice, the balloon and rocket mechanics are neat. It's a good little game. Port this to mobile.
