I like the color design, I think its the best part about making the game dreamlike. I personally think you could have gotten away from the VHS effect because I don't think its additive.

I voice similar concerns to others, while noting that it's not a big fix necessarily, just some storytelling to get you to start running after you grab your keys. Also would be nice to have visual feedback for taking keys off the table.

Congrats on the release.

The death mechanic was very frustrating in my opinion because I didn't know why I would die (I think there is a timer or something, but it's too short in my opinion). I got stuck multiple times after you press spacebar. But I got there eventually. Otherwise it's pretty neat!

thx for giving a feedback! so many people said about spacebar part that now i can definitely say that i will update the game after the jam , i should've thought about it earlier though 😅

I like what you did with the post processing to create the atmosphere. But I got lost frequently in the game and not really know what I should do after the spacebar part.

thanks for the feedback. most likely i will add better hints for navigation after this jam ends

I got very stuck at the part where you press spacebar, and was forced to repeat it multiple times. Once I tried running away (which it turns out is what I was supposed to do), I made it through the rest of the game pretty smoothly.  I like the atmosphere.

oh , sorry about that, i should've included some sort of a hint , still thanks for playing , and it's great that you liked the atmosphere!
