Took me quite a while to beat it, but I enjoyed it! The pixel art is pretty cool (especially the characters) and the music is awesome as well. The story and setting are pretty surreal, but engaging. With the VHS filter, it reminded me a bit of Baobabs Mausoleum Ep.1: Ovnifagos Don´t Eat Flamingos, an obscure and flawed but also rather bizarre and memorable game.

In some places, maybe more checkpoints (like after every screen) could have been useful to reduce the backtracking after a gameover a bit. I also had a crash shortly after entering the VHS world and passing the second crowd with the clown. But after restarting, the rest of the game worked without issues.

Overall a neat little game!
