It's definitely an unusual concept and it remains true to its inspiration. It's also probably one of the few entries that replicated the Famicom sounds and visuals in a rather authentic way.
But I have to admit that playing it wasn't very satisfying and certainly not as relaxing as I hoped for. Watching rain drops on a windows is usually pretty calming; the 8-bit-ish noise effects are a bit too harsh to replicate that, especially without any variation. It sounds more like static.
Still, I kinda admire that you aimed for a rather experimental "game" instead of more conventional jump'n'runs etc!
