I like the effect of the offset fields around you. The dungen generation is also well done.
But what exactly does knowledge and another chance do?

Sorry for the late reply.

Knowledge increases the chance for items you encountered to appear at the start. And another chance is exactly lives in other games. I didn't get as much of a chance to expand the system but I wanted to do a take of meta progression that roguelites and games like mystery dungeon does but try and keep some spirit of it being a run you can fail.  What I wanted to do was put some npcs up there based on how much knowledge you have or specific situations/items you encountered to offer you choices on the current run but didn't have time. The fact things distort more lore wise is that you are understanding something about the mountain that a person fundamentally shouldn't and it warps you perspective from it.
