A question for the 4MB game jam Mods:

Can my android version exceeds 4MB or ALL version related to my game has to be 4MB(html5, exe, apk,...)

As long as you have one version that is under 4mb, I think your game qualifies. However, I think we can't evaluate your game on the versions which don't qualify.
This is a tentative answer until you get an official answer.
