Can it be a web game?

For the reviewing process, its not possible for everyone to download nd hen play the game. So can we submit a web game?

Would have thought the web browser would count towards the 4MB as it's effectively the runtime. Rules say:
> If you're using a runtime like Flash, Pico8, Scratch, etc... the runtime will count toward the size of your game.

Although, Edge/Chromium comes in stock with Windows. So it technically doesn't count, you can make a browser game. Because this jam is inspired by .kkrieger however, it may not be as appreciated.

ok, then we'll I was asking for a browser so that I can reduce the renderer to Opengl2 to squeeze out some ram and storage but that's okay, now I gotta squeeze it into an 4mb exe.
