Found it a bit hard sometimes, but pretty good game! Very retro Zelda-like, with multiple types of puzzles, rooms, etc
I liked the game. It is a litte hard to dodge the enemies because they move freely and the own char moves on a grid. Your concept with every room is another game works well with the graphics and tile based moovement.
Props to coding it in JS. I wouldn't do it. I like my typesafety ;)
The player moves in a grid because when I needed to program the wall collision, it became weird with free movement. The enemies donβt have to check walls, I can just check x/y positions.
Puzzles + portal + mirror puzzle + (crossy road?). At the end I thought that the game would start again (cool plot twist? maybe not idk lol). Congrats for the game.
Thanks!
Hey! I just finished testing your game and I really try hard the red balls to pass my god ! π The music is really good and you managed to put interesting situations with your movement mechanics. Graphically it works well, I had a good time in this game ! If you haven't noted my entry : https://sharkdaw.itch.io/ninjem-up
Nice little game.
I really liked that every screen was a different mini game.
At the end by the way I thought that it was an endless hallway, but I got the carrot.
I suspected that the hallway thing was gonna happen to someone, thatβs why I added the up arrows of the sides π.
