I am considering creating an HDRP pipeline project in Unity to make a unique effect for a 1-bit game. The pipeline can not export to WebGL and I worry about voting if you guys can't play on the website.

standalone game will get less votes, that's just how it is. if it's a big download author is lucky to get any votes at all.
