Hey guys! ‘Tis I, Rain from RainSpice Studios and it’s way too hot outside so let’s jump in this end of month devlog, shall we?
Let’s start with the good news, and they’re about The Code of Crystals. I do plan to make it at least twice as long as the first chapter, and while this means more work for me, it also means more content for you guys! The price will not change, though. It’s 10€ for the full game (despite only Chapter 1 being released right now).
So:
As for Enter The Eternity, most second dates have been fully coded in. I still have to finish a few lines for Jae-In and they will be complete. I also started writing some third dates and have a few drawn assets done and half-done.
Would any of you be interested if I made a public progress tracker for these games and other games to come? A visual representation might help.
However I also come with bad news as I think my PC is holding on for dear life after eight years of loyal service to the indie game industry (both as I play and make games and videos about them). I do start a new job in September, so I will be able to get one soon, but while I will still work on these games, development might be a little slower for the months to come.
I do wish to release Enter the Eternity before the New Year, but we will have to see if this is doable. I’m also aiming to release The Code of Crystals Chapter 2 around spring 2026.
