Goooood late morning or evening, guys!
It's been a while. A week has gone by and all I've managed to finish up is just one small opperation, just based on the amount of stuff I have to do. We're going to keep this short, despite being a day late, so where do I even begin?
I have essentially just completed Driver ED for a possibility to get my permit and worked on more of my summer importances, which includes making a new website for a family business. So far, while it does seem like a lot and a heaven for my work, I have been lying extremely laid back for quite some time. I have been trying to work more, but I think I'm getting a bit too comfortable myself.
I've been reading a lot of stuff about how this month is men's mental health month, so I've just been looking at those and their research. Wait, what was I even talking about-
Right, anyways, the game! I've been only working on one part of the game associated with training. Once again, from the strong inspiration being taken from Swords and Souls, the sword training is the player pressing up, right, and down, to slice some apples. In this case, you're cutting Y'lokes with the same idea. And to bring you that idea, here's the quickest art I could have made...
So, this is the training section. This is the roughest draft, and I plan to add some combo counter, some way to gather EXP, and some other visuals. There's Heat, with an extra-long cape to let him use his psychic powers to use those swords more. Heat, as a reminder, feasts on his mental powers to become stronger. This man has no hands... (Just ignore that cover image, yeah)
AHEM, anyways. I'll plan to work further on the few bugs, such as fixing shop prices, and possibly doing the shield, agility, and crit minigames.
Annnnnnd, I think that should be it!
