Hello There. 

The names Laxy and I have been making small free stories with pixel art for a little over an year now and Im really happy with the results of them. Now I think Im at the point that I want to start on a main project. One that I might one day release on steam. So here is the first ever devlog of my main project "My Cozy Void" (Name might change but its good for now)

Now this doesnt mean Ill stop making small stories for the game jams I like to join. I have to keep joining them for the main project aswell. Thats also means that Im giving myself a lot of time for this one. I want to give myself Minimun 1.5 years to work on this. Not maximun but minimun 1.5 years.

Devlog 1

My Cozy Void will be a good amount different then my small stories. For one Ill be using a new kind of Chibi style for the characters here then in the jam stories. Here they are

And as you can see there are the main characters from my other stories aswel. Thats because I plan that you can go to the different kind of worlds to have all the main characters all in the hub.

What is the hub? Good question. Seeing that I havent made the Hub yet I can only tell the basics. It will be a place with warm lighting, Calm music and many of good stuff. It will be the place where you could heal for free aswell.


Heal? Yup this will be my first time trying to make a fun cool battle system. Where you can battle it out in an unique kind of turn based combat. Cant show much of it yet but what I can show is the type chart I made in the meanwhile. Take a look

The types are. Neatral, Water, Fire, Nature, Electric, Earth, Air, Light, Dark and Broken

Ill try to make these devlogs weekly. If I cant make one on sunday then Ill make it on monday. So yea thats what I have been doing since Cycle. Hope you all have a great day. Untill next time.
