We are ready, but not open yet

 And I am back. This proved indie developers videos I have watched so far more than correct. Day job , life unexpected events and hardware damages zeroed timers . But to be honest , it was data gathering and sorting that made time pass beyond zero pulling whole project behind. Unfortunately I set timers stop when 0, so I haven't figured yet how long behind it is 

 I won't go further about the former, which is irrelevant anyway, but I will explain the data gathering part. As you see below , there is a table consists of 1403 football teams, some known , many not , ranked. Ranking is based in each teams performance in European Cups and country of origin. And that data gathering took longer , regarding that I had to browse several sites where many teams were spelled differently, which led on duplicates. As seen, user can sort table using two forms. Maybe it's not very user friendly, and probably you will have to refresh. If you can and want to help, tell in comments. But from the other hand , I don't want users abuse sorting.Each column is clickable and leads to an explanation about the mechanics of the ranking

 So, consider this project as a shop. Location was under construction for long, but now it seems ready , inferior visible , windows and cases full , but it's still closed. Simply because paperwork not ready yet . Without metaphor , by paperwork I mean players registration and reward system, and I am afraid (and that's a warning ) that it will take longer than I expect to be ready . 

 Still, next step will be a playable game but without registration and rewards for the players. Just think of something like "Age Of Empires" online version , but players just take one empire , develop , fight other players but they can't save progress . In this point , I have to admit that when I had the idea of this new type of gameplay , I wanted to implement it in a "Game of War" type game , that dominance will not be claimed through spending but skill (as I mention in other posts, that secret element will allow anyone to beat anyone , including me , the creator, be destroyed by a n00b ) .

But in this case, I considered that it would had taken me longer to set up maps and development trees , so I decided that a football manager type would be easier, as we have Real Madrid's, Bayern's or Manchester City's empires ready and known . We have many underdogs and "under puppies" to grow , and in the end , when it proceeds , a football pitch is easier than a map. Millions of videos and images to fit in the game too. 

But as mentioned before , pitch is for the second project . At the moment , I am making the first part, the fantasy.So, later ( there will be a new timer ) , the first screen of interactive fantasy football league will be posted ( as seen here ) . It will be the top of the pyramid , the 12 highest ranked teams , complete with a table based on matches already played ( natural , between flashy humans ) and matches to affect , if they are any.

DISCLAIMER : If you are a football fan, obviously I am too. But my most hated team was ranked far above my favourite, far more than I expected. It was not me who decided ranking, a points system based on performance did
