Please check out the preview page and follow the project for when it goes live in early May on Kickstarter. Expect more posts throughout April slowly teasing the book and all the extraordinary talent making it possible.

More immediate details below:

This game has been a long time in the making, a dream of mine to revitalize the rich setting and characters originally created by transformation artist superstar Arania. It is no exaggeration to say that The Island of Dr. Moreau (IoDM) roleplay group was a monumental work of passion and unmatched trove of transformation art in the early internet. So many transformation tropes and sequences common today have roots in that project. Now I'm working alongside Arania to translate her concept into an experience into one everyone can bring to their own tables.

So this isn't the H.G Wells book?

Not quite. This game takes place in 2005, staring the young Dr. Nicolas Moreau who is spirited to continue his great grandfather's work. Players will takes roles on both sides, innocent islanders subjected to animal mutations and scheming lab scientists seeking to gain from these experiments. IoDM is a campaign game where captives and doctors alike will have a limited amount of sessions to intact their plans before everything comes crashing down. But is it even possible to escape from The Island of Dr. Moreau? You'll have to play to find out.

Oooh, I've gotta compliment the banner ad, I really like how that turned out!

I'll pass along the compliments to Mel. There is another banner style too, you can collect them all where they appear on Furaffinity and RPGnet in April!
