Override Update

We focused this week on updating the buff systems we had to allow us to fully implement the override equipment. We had a few issues since we had to keep adjusting other sections of code to get it to work properly. With the new improvements we can now properly buff and debuff the player. Our main issue ended up being the timers for the buffs working properly, since we wanted to apply a debuff after the buff ended we needed to get the timers to actually trigger the function needed to add the debuff at the right time. This also caused the issue of making sure that switching the equipment wouldn't cause the function to not trigger.
