Active Reload

So this week I was trying to implement an active reload function and after researching it a bit the best way to go about doing so seemed to be to use a timeline. The problem with that is that there are several different ways to make and utilize a timeline and finding out the best way for our purposes was extremely difficult and time consuming.
Eventually I managed to figure out a decent method and made the active reload function using it but I have not had the opportunity to use it yet, so hopefully it works. I am sure there will be issues to debug but for now I am happy I was able to create the timeline.
