REC/REW dev update 17 - chapter 2, first part (complete)

Here we go!

Trying something different today. A morning release (well it's around 7AM here so yeah, that counts as a morning release, uh).

REC/REW, version 0.2.2. Dedicated to Famagosta station on Milan's M2 subway line. This update adds a new way for our MC to die, coming in two slightly different flavors (you basically get to choose where Anna will break your neck and who you're going to die with =P).

I've reached the first milestone for chapter two as what I regard as its "first part" just got a nice "DONE" next to it. With slightly less than 64k words a full gamethrough is now worth approx 3.5 to 7 hours of your time.

The complete script for chapter 2 alone is nearly twice the size of ver. 0.2.2 entire script, and the next update (which is going to include the second part of REC/REW, chapter 2) is going to be MASSIVE. It will take a lot of time and effort, and I do hope last months' hard work will pay off as it did for this release, which came along rather easily (relatively speaking).

That however is tomorrow's pain. I'm taking a small break from this project... you know, I want to shorten my "I'd love to read this visual novel" list, so I won't be "obsessively" working on REC/REW for the next two weeks. That roughly translate to, I'll still write and take note of whatever idea dares to come to my mind, but I won't work on new graphics and sprites and whatever.
