Escape Inferno teaser trailer

Escape Inferno

An upcoming game I've been working recently. You'll have to fight your way through this literal bullet hell in order to survive. I'm planning that the game will feature about 8-10 boss encounters testing your ability to dodge and shoot. You'd earn cash for every foe defeated which you can use to unlock handy new perks that can make the game easier or harder. Completing several challenges could unlock new skins for you as well. I can see the game releasing in the first half of 2023, but work is taking a lot of time from me, so no promises yet.

Also this is the first time I've tried to make a trailer.

I was curious what you were planning to make after Club 129. Looks fun, I'll definitely try it out! I hope there's checkpoints between bosses. Will this be your Strawberry Jam project for this year?

To be honest I've had a dozen game projects scrapped before I started working on this one. That includes a sequel for Club 129, which I'll most likely will return later.

And yeah, your progress will be saved after every encounter. This game might be little on the harder side, so I' ll be sure to add optional features to modify the difficulty. And I'll take a look on my previous projects, to see what convenient features I can add to this up coming game.

This won't be my next Strawberry Jam entry. I'd prefer working only during the jam period, so I'll work on a different project for the jam.

I loved Club 129, so I would definitely play a sequel if you decide to return to it. Difficulty settings for Escape Inferno are a good idea, I always end up making it too high in my own games because it's hard to guess what a good difficulty level for an average player is. Happy to hear that you've got lots planned, I'm looking forward to trying any new games you make in the coming year!

That is nice to know. I'm exited to see any of your upcoming projects too :)
