Here is a lengthy bugfix patch as a follow-up to 1.1.0. This took quite a while because I was working on the next update's actual content, and because I have been recoding so many core systems in the game! I still have a few more to go but overall the efficiency of a lot of systems has been greatly improved.
Additions
- Cobalt Ring is now obtainable from berry bushes.
- Added ability to rebind (most) controls.
- Two new accessories available for purchase at the market stalls!
- Note: These will be moved to random chest loot pool next patch.
- Trade event quest with PercyBulloon!
- New obtainable weapon and three accessories
- New quest available at Auris community center.
- New optional follower (Percy).
- Unlocked followers can now be left at or recruited from golden statues.
Balance/Changes
- Sharp Pins now only cost 1 iron ore (previously 2).
- Pixies now have a single target attack.
- Skills now properly use weapon element unless otherwise stated/implied.
- Player no longer has infinite stamina when being pursued by guards.
- Unstable tome recoil increased
- 3 >> 3 + 10% of max size.
- Berry Dinner ability now inflicts Berried rather than Poison.
- Greeha village redesigned.
- Note: I had to get rid of the underlay (road and some furniture items) due to plugin issues. As a result I decided to modernize the village a fair bit!
- Reworked Berry status handling
- Removed Weaker Berried variant.
- Damage taken from berry status now influenced by LIQUID element resist.
- Juice Reducers changed into Hydrophobic Ointment.
- Boosts LIQUID resist.
- Price increased: 15 gold >> 30 gold.
- Item is now craftable.
- Removed Bridal Ring.
- Note: This status made coding a lot of aspects of the berried status far more tedious than it should be. As a result I decided to remerge it into one status but have the damage be able to be mitigated.
Bug Fixes
- Jester Balls item now functions correctly.
- Tasty Goo no longer instantly pops the player when consumed.
- Unstable Tome can now pop player if recoil exceeds capacity.
- Enemies no longer appear at max capacity for a few frames at the start of a fight.
- Aquascella final sprite stage now visible in combat.
- B.Q. "Carrot Shortage" is now properly submittable when completed.
- Trash objectives in S.Q. "Cleaning the Streets!" no longer vanish when reloading the map.
- NPCs can no longer be kicked into occupied tiles.
- Empty Flasks can no longer be filled at the fountain during execution cutscenes.
- Fixed inescapable room on the 2nd floor of the Verdant Mound.
- Help menu no longer broken.
- Dusk/Dawn overlays no longer bleed off the screen.
- Fixed missing stall counters in Greeha village.
- Player equipment is now removed when swapping classes.
- Mana Bloat no longer glitched in overworld.
- Fast Travel Vouchers can now be used.
- Charged Amulet is now automatically removed once charge is consumed.
- Charged Amulet no longer auto completes upon being worn for the first time.
- Skills no longer carry over when changing player class.
- Fast traveling to Greeha no longer sends you to the wrong location.
- Fast travel bad end no longer sends you from other villages to Greeha.
- Graphical flickering & parallax mapping issues should be far less common.
- Note: on the largest maps like Greeha there is some flickering. This will be fixed next update by splitting the village exterior into two maps.
- In-game clock backend code changed (fixes issues with time skips in beds & jail).
- Side Quests involving "pop x amount of enemies" now properly track slain targets.
