Just finished the story content for v0.116.3 and noticed that several quests don't update and quest items won't turn in.
- Carlisse doesn't update or complete when she comes to the cove with Gertie after Mar'Liore or when they return with Thorgeir later
- Emperor's Hide for the Iron and Scale quest won't let me turn it in to Meghan so I can get the gloves for Gertrude
- Dearly Beloved doesn't change at all when you leave Carvannah with Beatrix
- Tradeswomen doesn't update or complete when Colette comes to the cove
- The Fourth Calamity doesn't update after you bring Barion to Witchdale
- The Messengers doesn't update after you get the first bird or complete after the second
Also, Fogsborough Watchman Alice stands in front of the ship and by the building where she waits during the search to smoke out Franz at the same time when you come back for Dougar.
No idea if these are fixed in newer builds, but I figured it couldn't hurt to mention it here.
