Game Won't Start Up

Very excited to play since it looks amazing, but whenever I try to start up the game it tells me I don't have "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll" and won't let me open it.

(Computer is on Windows 10. I did download the 64 bit version of the game and C++ if that makes a difference.)

Please install the Visual Studio C++ 2019 redistributable if it's not already installed on your system prior to launching the game.

I do install it but it dosent work it start the main menu and the music but i cant do nothing

Can you use the arrow keys to move the cursor up and down, and press Z or spacebar to select an option on the main menu?
