I moved the folders for portals 1-3 into the big portal folder, and no door appeared to enter Cedrick's Father's study. There's no way out of the general area, so there's nothing I can do in-game. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do outside, either, because there was no replacement for the save file I removed in order to access this route. I'd like to just switch rooms and skip the scene so I can finish up, but without that save file it's just way outside my ability. Should I re-download the game or something? 

Move only the txt files in the smaller folders to the big portal folder, not the portal folders themselves.
