Can you send that file to info@songsofsyx.com? It's one of those errors that is very hard to understand or fix. Most probably, you need to update/reinstall the drivers for your graphics cards. But please send the file and I will have a look.
Could you try with the latest version? 0.51.38. There is an .exe called SyxProtoWithout.exe try clicking this please. I hope it works, please let me know!
