First of all, I'm sorry you are having a problem with TAXINAUT. If you still have the patience to help me fix it read on:

CRASH

If the game crashes it should generate a crash-file called something like "taxi1583515208028.crash" in your TAXINAUT install directory (where taxinaut.exe is). Please send that file to:

A description of what you were doing/what was happening is also very useful.

GAME HANGS

If you can please let the game run (while it hangs) for about 30 seconds. It should crash by itself and generate a crash-file. Then do the same as above under "CRASH".

OTHER ISSUE

Just generate a crash-file yourself by pressing ALT-F4 while TAXINAUT is running (do not do that while the game is saving) then send me the crash-file (like above under "CRASH") together with what your issue is.
