it says that the api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-1-0.dll is missing

after i press okay it opens a new window: its missing microsoft visual c++ 2015 runtime. would you like to install it?

i press yes i install it and it still says the first message and opens the same thing that i need to install microsoft visual c++ 2015 runtime

i press ok and than it opens a window where i can uninstall the thing

what am i missing?

please help
