Nope. In the Graphics Option Menu there is a toggle for removing the 30 FPS cap. Not sure how high you can go with this.

For me it caps at 60 so you might need some third party tool to get even higher Framerates.

Could be that the In game logic starts to break if you go higher than 60... not sure haven´t tested it.
