the casualties and troop numbers dont show, when a frontline is broken and enemy presence increases, even a big army runs, city counts do NOT drop if the other side captured it, the cities dont show even though i enabled it, side a kills side c but do not capture their territory, nations do not make peace if the other side capitulates, disable mountains forced to on and target cities forced to off
its me, the nerd again, this time, we need a morale buff bar, like combat buff for nations but the morale bar should make the troops run at first sight or fearless, or just fix the routing mechanic, there are so many broken things when theyre fighting, such as when frontlines collide, both sides just retreat and lose all units
When I turn random war on, countries will only declare war on neighbour's that they had at the start of the game, as the game continues, countries without borders begin declaring war on eachother simply because they used to, and eventually no more countries have neighbour's that they had at the start, so random war just doesent do anything at that point.
improper population and religion portrayal, AI nations behave differently during this update and isnt as smart with controlling troops, etc, when a war starts and another country joins manually, they take a super long time to even mobilize 1 division, not even mobilizing at their border instantly like in the old updates. i would prefer if you actually bothered to playtest it a bit and fix bugs before releasing, because i do prefer the old versions as of right now
