Based on your feedback, I filed two bugs and built an update containing fixes for both:

(1) FIXED: Pressing <Ctrl+Z> with the intent to undo (menu shortcut) caused one card being uncovered on the waste pile

(2) FIXED: Playing with the mouse and keyboard at the same time sometimes disabled the menu until you moved or resized the window
