Given that the original six paths were split based on international alignment and domestic policy evenly I kind of have no idea where to look

The new path can be accessed through west-alignment and internal liberalization. Sooner or later you will be presented with a newly-implemented choice between formally upholding ‘structural socialism’ or openly abandoning it. The latter gives access to the new path.
