Please make sure to run the first build in offline mode so Gradle doesn't try to download anything again, since AG APK Builder already includes its own bundled Gradle.

Also, try reinstalling AG APK Builder to make sure all required files are complete.

Could you also share your AG APK Builder version?

And make sure the builder is placed in a root directory without spaces, for example: D:/AG-APK-BUILDER
