Anyone know how to breed a gible, gibite or garchomp? Or at least know which egg drops 1 of the 3?

As far as I know, targeted mons can only be bred if both parents correspond to this mon. As soon as one parent deviates, it will be pure chance which mon is created. only rarity will remain.
