I was doing a playthrough on an old file (that I dont have anymore) around the middle of last year. I tried entering a portal and the game wouldn't progress, and it would give me an error saying map141 was missing.
I would need more details about this area that asked for 141. If the save is older than v3.0 of the game, you will get errors. What version were you playing on?
