This is a place for anything you want to talk about regarding Spellswords.

Hello

I'm working on creating a blog for french people about tabletop roleplays, and I came across your game. I wonder when your game sill come out, and what the pricing will be.

You seem to put a lot of efforts in it, and I can't wait to know more about it.

And if you're interested or have questions about what I'm doing exactly, feel free to ask me anything.

Hi there, Reperes.

As I am now in the fine tuning stages of the game, I think by the end of 2026 would be a realistic goal. This game is very much a passion project and work is done in my spare time, so it makes it difficult to give a more definite date, but I will be sure to post about a release date when it becomes more clear.

As for the pricing, I haven't yet decided as it will depend on a variety of factors. Since my main focus is on making the best game I can, pricing and finances is not really something I've concerned myself with all that much at the moment. Something I will have to consider is how to price the game when it will come with a large map, rulebook, advanced rulebook, and 100 or more cards.

Feel free to share your blog by the way. If you post anything on your blog about Spellswords, you can also post about it here.

I'll be here if you have any other questions.

Thank you very much.

For now the blog is in the creation phase, but I am planning on the content I will put in there. When I got it going I'll do an English translation too.

So I'm starting with solo games for now, and will do recommendations depending on each type of players and groups. I'll do reviews later on too, but that'snot my priority now.

I really like what you're doing, and I hope to see it come to an end, even though I haven't tried your game yet.

I'll be sure to stay informed about what you're doing with this project.

For now, the games I've seen are around 10€ or 10£, some even up to 35£ for the printed versions.

If you don't mind, if like to give a little "teaser" in my first articles, so just what the principle of it will be.

Thank you very much.
