Hi, I saw your reddit post - congratulations on finishing your first game! I really like the concept (and the "handsome man").
Just some feedback: I was super confused in the beginning, because I was constantly getting "ERROR: Select a location first". I thought, just clicking the number would be enough. It took me some time to figure out that I need to click on the signs, and even then hitting the right spot was pretty difficult. Improve that, and you have a nice game with interesting medical cases :)

Oh okay thanks, yea I realized I should've made it more clear that you have to click the location then the ESI buttons! I definetly will be working on making the buttons more obvious, then making a normal tutorial!
