I love your game it's one of my favorite horror games on itch.io but... I have found a bug in your latest update, I've played your game before your most recent update and when i entered the door to the green world it worked fine. Then when you just recently updated the game when i went through the door it took me to this empty scene in unity.
This bug has happened to me 3 times, out of me playing it 12 times.
But the 3 times it happened were not all in a row.
And other 9 times it didn't happen.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, one last question though if you don't mind. Did it occur from the side where the door opened, the rear side, or both sides did it? I have been trying to replicate this, but I'm having no luck. I'm trying to do it in the build now, as it may have been a build issue and not an issue in the Unity editor.

I noticed it happened when i wasn't paying attention and my character entered the door by brushing up against the side of the door frame on the inside of the door.
Then i tried to replicate this myself because i was confused and i only got it 2 work 3 out of 12 times.
