  1. More elements/suits than Keepers: This is for advanced players who want a longer session, or possibly for those who wish to discuss a specific idea or event. During the Dawn phase, any additional element also has its own vignette which influences the Dream Realm, made collectively by all Keepers. Those who struggle with this can use the popcorn method, like with the Dreaming phase. When entities of the additional element get introduced in the Dreaming phase, ALL KEEPERS must be involved narratively in some way. Anyone who has not become lucid by the end of the game may choose the 6-value of this element OR that of their own.

  2. Single-player (journaling exercise): You are lucid in every dream. All roleplay elements are, instead, free writes. The Waking phase becomes a 1-sentence “dream journal”, reacting to the previous night’s dream (or the vignette, in the case of the first round). Skip the Bridge phase. Close your eyes for a short period of time at the beginning of the Dreaming phase instead of using the light. After doing this for as long as you wish, set a timer for 2 minutes and do not stop writing the dream until the time is up. If you sleep with your Guide under your pillow, write another dream journal when you wake up.
