Everytime I start the game on the mobile it opens, playa the animation, and then after I click on one option or wait a bit it freezes and then crashes. Is there a way to prevent this?

I think it is the animation from Evywind, because in the first time I open the game it doesn't play his animation and I am able to start the game with no problems. So I guess one solution is to add an option to disable this animation
