I tried the demo but not for long, I don't want to spoil anything. I always prefer to wait for full release to play a game. Can you give me an update on English release plz ? is full release in 2026 ? Full english at least ? (because I found not enlgish txt in dialogues)

the game is under rolling development if you want a final release date you will not get one but if you want to know how "Complete" it is you could say that its entirely complete for the main quest and about 75% complete for side quests and i don't think the game will cease development just because its done at any point.
