Hello! I’ve played your game, and I must say, it’s awesome. But there’s a detail I wanted to ask.

What program did you use to turn this game into a setup? I’ve searched this for a long time to apply to one of my games in the future.

Thanks! I use CreateInstall for installers.

Oh, by the way, how did you manage to do this? This is awesome.

There's a way to configure desktop shortcuts within CreateInstall. It's been awhile, so it'd be hard for me to walk you through the process. But in the box where you put your files to be installed, they can be assigned "PROGRAM GROUP" (meaning it's added to your program list) and I think there's also an option for a "DESKTOP" group, but I could be wrong. The shortcut itself links to the game.exe file output by RPG Maker (I'm pretty sure you can name the shortcut itself whatever you want, regardless of the target file).

I believe there's another list of actual shortcuts within CreateInstall, and you have to register it there as well for it to be recognized.
