Seems i cant use my card and have to use paypal is there a reason? Or is there restriction?

Due to changes in VISA/Mastercard, payments to bank accounts have been rejected because they do not accept payments for pornographic games.
I regret this situation, which is why I can only accept payments via PayPal!
