I was researching mods and saw one for a tent house, and I thought I could implement the purchase of land into the game along with other mechanics.

New game (rebirth).

Starting a rebirth, a new NPC will appear in the bar announcing the sale of his land, because he is tired of having to deal with the dangers of the region (property outside the city).

After buying the house, you also recruit a servant to manage your inventory.

In your new property, the player will be able to access:

slave area (hire NPC).

plantation area.

ritual area (hire NPC).

kitchen.

storage area (hire NPC).

guard (hire NPC).

trophy room (suggestion for boss heads).

personal room.

Property mechanics.

The player can buy slaves in the city and manage them with the NPC in the slave area. The player can give work orders to slaves to work on the plantation and clean the property (dirt can generate rat events that will steal food from the inventory).

Ritual area to enchant weapons and transform them into abominable weapons (suggestion for new weapon categories and weapons to add to the game),

a total of 3 levels, each stage will require a specific ritual.

First - sacrifice a human couple and a baby (2 slaves and a baby).

Second - promote an orgy and kill them at the end (6 slaves).

Third (awakening of the weapon) - sacrifice 2 abomination babies (this stage will unlock a unique weapon ability).

Slaves allocated to your property will generate food costs (1 soup per day for each slave).

Hired NPCs will charge for their services every 7 days (cost of 20000).

Keeping slaves and stocks well-stocked will trigger bandit, goblin, and abomination attack events (attack level according to stock/female slaves). On the outside of the house, there will be a guard post with an NPC guard who can approach the player when they are exploring, to warn about an imminent attack (3 days until it reaches the property). The player can request mercenaries to defend the base at the cost of:

300 - 2 guards.

500 - 3 guards.

1000 - 7 guards.

Extra option - send scouts to intercept (cancel event) cost of 2500.

Trading Event

The player can buy a merchant license for 50000

at the guild and can sell what they produce on the farm with the slaves.

With a fully stocked inventory, talk to the inventory NPC and use the trade routes option.

Route options (risk and reward)

The greater the distance, the greater the profit and frequency of attacks.

After selecting the route, you will have the option to hire mercenaries as bodyguards (a total of 4 for 500).
