What device are you playing the game on?
If it's android, please make sure to connect to the internet. You should be able to log in Itch-io for this step, so turn on your VPN if needed.
If it's PC, please use Bluestack as your emulator. Don't use Noxplayer
i use PC and bluestacks already, and i never successfully enter the game
