Erratic controls behavior

I can't start the game cause the keyboard works erratically. Cannot back out of menus. The menu items seems to change only when you hover mouse over them and press the button on your controller. Cannot start the game cause the LMB/controller button does nothing.

Unplayable, please fix.

That's weird. What OS are you using? I've had some trouble before with the input system getting mixed signals from the controller and mouse input. But nothing like this.

Windows 11, the controls just stop responding and I can't select/confirm anything. Stuck on the first menu screen. I tried mouse, keyboard, gamepad (DS4 controller with DS4Windows) and it's all unable to click through and moving up/down works 50% of the time.

Redownloaded, unpacked and the bug is gone. I did try to run the game several times before (like 5 times) and it had the control bug every single time.

It's still kinda erratic, if you click empty spot (without UI element) with a mouse then it disables the controller and keyboard inputs until you highlight some element. It's so weird, I guess UI layers are messed up.

Btw the landing in Mission 3 needs some work. Like more than 0.0002ms to react to what's going on and some control tutorial on how to land. If it was just landing it'd be fine, but you need to target the carrier and then... ??? ... I have yet to figure out how to get the landing gear down.

Okay. Good that you managed to start the game. A click on empty space interfering with controller input is something I've also noticed. I will see if I can find a solution.
Landing the plane is very difficult for a lot of players. I might have to add a mandatory tutorial, or change the landing mechanics completely.

For now, press both rudder buttons to activate the landing gear. The galley has some more tutorials for the controls.
