He takes 0 damage from shock related effects, even the skill that hits based off shock gems. If this was an intended mechanic and not a bug, it has to be the worst design ever. It basically forces you to grind out an entire new build
The public build has a bug where one of the elec skills deal physical damage instead of elec damage. This has been fixed in the development version but we haven’t got a chance to update the public version yet.
