Making a Package but has no BaseTextureId or OverlayTextureId

So i noticed that when making a package it just uses regular Mesh inside the body parts instead of using CharacterMesh which all R6 packages use CharacterMesh because some have BaseTextureId or OverlayTextureId, for example i am trying to make a R6 packaged called Arctic Climber
