I think you will have to go the app settings and allow managing storage manually. But please do know that the export save feature is for bug reporting purpose and not for actually managing saves. You can just run the apk while having the previous version installed to update the game. That way the save wont be missing
okay, thank you. Though there is a specific reason I wanted to export my saves. Some images in my game seem to be either missing or just plain black screens. I wanted to export the saves so that I can delete the game and then redownload it so that I can import the saves back into the game to see if I can fix the issue. Is there a reason to this specific issue?
