If you can, reload your save and talk to Joseph in his office before you go to Mrs Kimura. He'll tell you to make a 50/50 deal. This lets you get the scene with Mrs Kimura and keep Kirby on the farm. If you can't then unfortunately Kirby leaves for good if you take Mrs Kimura's regular offer
